The MaxJax™ manual provides comprehensive support when installing and using the MaxJax™ Lifting System. We provide these frequently asked questions to help clarify some areas of confusion and offer business procedures and processes when ordering a MaxJax™ Lift.

Are shipping charges applied to the order?
Yes they are - we charge shipping and freight fees. We are able to source shipping services much cheaper than our customers would be able to. Because of this we are able to pass on these savings and provide a low-cost shipping solution for our customers. How do I get my new lift off the truck?
Customers will be responsible for unloading their MaxJax lift from the truck when it arrives. The shipping weight of one complete MaxJax system is approximately 880-pounds. Freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments so be prepared to do so. Some carriers may be able to provide a truck with a hydraulic lift gate although additional charges may apply. They may also allow you to remove the lift components individually off the truck after you have signed the delivery receipt. The columns weigh approximately 300-pounds each.
Dannmar takes no responsibility for additional charges of any kind that may incur related to, or involved with, the renting or acquisition of equipment necessary to unload items off of a delivering carrier's truck. Additional service fees may apply to residential deliveries or lift-gate services. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.
How will I know when my equipment is arriving so I can make arrangements to unload it?
Dannmar will provide you with shipping information such as the freight carrier and tracking number so you can make preparations for delivery.

When can a trace be initiated on my shipment?
5-10 working days after ship date.
How long does temporarily backordered items take to ship?
It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels to maintain adequate inventory based on current sales volumes.
